The adjusting width is generally the same as the increased or reduced lining plate width. This method is simple to operate, and does not increase the equipment weight, and can play the role of changing the discharge particle size.

2. Adjust the width of the discharge opening by the movement of the inclined iron

The front inclined iron can only move horizontally, so when the rear inclined iron is lifted, it will drive the front inclined iron to push forward along the guide groove, thus driving the thrust plate and movable jaw to approach the fixed jaw, so that the width of the discharge port will be reduced; On the contrary, when the rear inclined iron descends, the discharge port will be widened. This adjustment mode does not require shutdown.

3. The distance between the two jaw plates can also be changed by the hydraulic device. Meanwhile, when there are non breakable objects entering the crushing chamber, they can also be discharged by the hydraulic device.

4. Use electronic control to adjust the width of discharge opening

The movement trajectory of the jaw plate can be made more accurate through electronic control, and the control of the size of the discharge port will be more and more accurate; At the same time, the distance between the two jaw plates can also be changed through the hydraulic control of the balance torsion bar, which avoids the possibility of repeated crushing, and the production efficiency is faster.
