一、 Self description of cement production line

三、 Process flow of cement production line: from raw materials to cement

1. Crushing and pre homogenization

In the process of cement production, most raw materials shall be crushed, such as limestone, clay, iron ore and coal. The main purpose of raw material pre homogenization is to make the raw material yard have the function of storage and homogenization at the same time.

2. Preparation of raw meal

For every 1 ton of Portland cement produced, grind 3 tons of materials, including various raw materials, fuels, clinker, etc. The third step is raw meal homogenization. Different fluidizing air is used to make the materials in the warehouse produce radial homogenization.

3. Preheat decomposition

Preheating and partial decomposition of raw materials are completed by the preheater, replacing some functions of the rotary kiln. Raw materials fed into the preheater pipe are deflected upward with the air flow under the impact of the high-speed updraft, and are dispersed at the same time. The main purpose is to fully mix the hot gas discharged from the raw meal in the kiln.

4. Rotary kiln firing

The raw meal powder fed into the preheater, after the heat exchange of the preheater and the pre decomposition of the decomposing furnace, enters the rotary kiln through the blanking tube of the fifth stage cyclone, and then grinds the cement powder to the appropriate strength after being burned at high temperature in the rotary kiln.

5. Packaging and molding

It can be packaged in bags or in bulk. The national standard requires that the proportion of bulk products must reach more than 70%, and bulk products are the general trend of domestic development.
