一、 Which kind of quartz grinding machine is better?

二、 Production process flow of quartz grinding

The whole grinding process can be roughly divided into four processes crushing, grinding, grading and powder collection.

① Crushing - the quartz stone material is firstly sent to the vibrating feeder, and then uniformly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for crushing;

② Grinding - the crushed small quartzite is sent to the silo through the elevator, and then sent to the grinder evenly and quantitatively by the electromagnetic vibration feeder for grinding;

③ Classification - the ground quartz stone powder is classified by the powder concentrator, and the unqualified quartz stone powder is classified by the powder concentrator and returned to the main machine for regrinding.

④ Powder collection - the powder conforming to the fineness will flow through the pipeline into the dust collector for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder will be sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device through the outlet.
