2. Heavy hammer crusher

The heavy hammer crusher is also called "giant stone crusher". If the investment budget is insufficient, the heavy hammer crusher can be selected. The heavy hammer crusher has the characteristics of large particle size and large crushing ratio, and is also a good choice for limestone crushing.

1. Low cost. The heavy hammer can be formed in one time without secondary crushing, which can reduce the cost by about two fifths and reduce the energy consumption in production.

2. Good wear resistance. The hammer head broken by heavy hammer is alloy composite hammer head, and the better metal parts in China are more wear-resistant. Therefore, it can be used to break limestone and medium hardness stone with compressive strength less than 200MPa.

3. The structure of heavy hammer breaking is simple, and the heavy hammer breaking is a design without grate. Therefore, for example, some stones with more soil are not easy to block during crushing.

4. Environmental protection and energy saving. According to the requirements of the concept of sustainable development, the requirements for environmental protection have become more stringent in recent years. Water can be added to reduce dust pollution during the production of heavy hammer.
