5R Raymond mill is composed of vibrating feeder, main machine, fan, superfine analyzer, cyclone, bag filter, electrical control device and pipeline system. The equipment can be equipped with jaw crusher, hammer crusher, bucket elevator and other auxiliary equipment according to the needs of users.

The main machine of 5R Raymond powder mill is composed of bearing seat assembly, lower housing, cover cylinder, grinding roller device, suspension device, tray device, spring rod device and reducer.

In addition, during operation, the materials to be crushed will be fed to the main machine uniformly and continuously from the electromagnetic vibration feeder above the main machine side. The centrifugal force of the rapidly rotating grinding ring throws the material to the inner wall of the grinding ring and brings the material into the grinder. Between the roller and the grinding ring, the roller is sheared and crushed by the spring pressure applied to the grinding roller.  

The 5R Raymond mill is a grinding roller tightly rolled on the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force. The material is shoveled by the blade and sent to the middle of the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The material is broken into powder under the action of the grinding pressure, and then the pulverized material is blown up by the fan to pass through the analyzer. The materials that meet the fineness requirements pass through the analyzer, and the materials that fail to meet the requirements are returned to the grinding chamber to continue grinding. The materials that pass through the analyzer are separated and collected by the cyclone separator.

When the 5R Raymond mill is working, the materials to be crushed are fed into the machine from the feed hopper on the side of the machine cover. The grinding roller device suspended on the plum blossom frame of the main machine revolves around the vertical axis and rotates itself. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outward and presses tightly against the grinding ring, so that the shovel scoops up the materials and sends them between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The purpose of crushing the materials is achieved by the rolling and rolling of the grinding roller.
