2、 Before the start-up of the cone crusher, it is not easy to put in too large materials, which should be small particles or finished products, so as to prevent the equipment from vibrating. Moreover, all materials shall enter the crushing chamber through the distribution tray, and shall not be directly put into the crushing chamber, otherwise, it is easy to smash the crushing chamber due to high steepness, so that the cone crusher cannot normally produce.

3、 When the cone crusher is in operation, professional operators shall patrol around the equipment. For example, listen to the cone crusher for noise, staged vibration and large vibration. If there is any abnormality, immediately stop the machine for inspection.

4、 When the cone crusher is ready to stop crushing, the feeding system shall be stopped first. After all the materials in the crushing chamber are discharged, the equipment and motor shall be stopped to avoid blocking the cone crusher. Finally, the power supply shall be turned off.

After the cone crusher is stopped, carefully check whether the equipment parts are seriously worn or damaged, and deal with them immediately. In addition, the inside and outside of the equipment structure shall be cleaned, and the parts needing lubrication shall be coated with lubricating oil in time; The bolts that need to be tightened or the falling parts shall be handled in time.
